摘要:
通过静态吸附实验,研究了黏土、壤土和砂土3种土壤对诺氟沙星的吸附行为,考察了温度和pH值对诺氟沙星吸附的影响.结果表明,3种土壤对诺氟沙星的吸附等温线均能较好地符合Freundlich吸附模式;303.15 K时诺氟沙星有机质吸附常数Kom平均值为14.475,吸附自由能△G为-7.549~-5.284 kJ·mol-1.
Abstract:

Through static adsorption experiments, the adsorption behavior of norfloxacin in three soils, clay, loam and sand, and the effects of temperature and pH on norfloxacin adsorption were investigated. The results showed that the adsorption isotherms of norfloxacin in the three soils could conform well to the Freundlich adsorption mode. At 3.3 K, the average value of Kom of the adsorption constant of norfloxacin organic matter was 303.15, and the adsorption free energy △G was -14.475~-7.549 kJ·mol-5.
