摘要:
以木槿花原花青素含量为考察指标,研究提取剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比等因素对原花青素提取效果的影响,通过正交实验,确定木槿花原花青素的最佳提取条件为:提取剂90%乙醇溶液,提取温度70 ℃,提取时间30 min,料液配比1∶9(g∶mL).
Abstract:

Taking the content of hibiscus proanthocyanidins as the investigation index, the effects of extractant concentration, extraction temperature, extraction time, material-liquid ratio and other factors on the extraction effect of proanthocyanidins were studied, and the optimal extraction conditions of hibiscus proanthocyanidins were determined by orthogonal experiments: 90% ethanol solution of extractant, extraction temperature 70 °C, extraction time 30 min, and material-liquid ratio of 1∶9 (g∶mL).
