以河南省济(源)邵(原)高速公路王坑隧道为工程背景,利用ANSYS软件建立无超前小导管支护和有超前小导管超前支护两种工况下隧道三维有限元计算模型,通过隧道开挖模拟计算分析超前小导管对掌子面稳定性影响.计算结果表明:相对于无超前小导管工况,在有超前小导管工况下掌子面竖向的荷载和竖向应力以及掌子面水平方向位移都有一定程度的减少;改变超前小导管的环向分布范围和管径能够影响超前小导管的支护效果从而改善掌子面的受力情况.以上结果分析表明:超前小导管的存在增强了隧道掌子面的稳定性,使隧道的开挖过程更加安全.
Abstract:
Taking the Wangkeng Tunnel of Ji (Yuan) Shao (former) Expressway in Henan Province as the engineering background, ANSYS software was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element calculation model of the tunnel under two working conditions: no advanced small conduit support and advanced small conduit advanced support, and the influence of advanced small conduit on the stability of the face was analyzed by tunnel excavation simulation calculation. The calculation results show that compared with the unadvanced small conduit condition, the vertical load and vertical stress of the face and the horizontal displacement of the face are reduced to a certain extent under the condition of the leading small conduit. Changing the circumferential distribution range and diameter of the leading small catheter can affect the support effect of the leading small catheter, thereby improving the force on the face of the palm. The above results show that the existence of the advanced small conduit enhances the stability of the tunnel face and makes the tunnel excavation process safer.
