The weak interaction between flavonoid-7-phosphorylated alanine (a), flavonoid-7-phosphorylated valine (b), flavonoid-7-phosphorylated leucine (c), flavonoid-7-phosphorylated leucine (d) and flavonoid-7-phosphorylated isoleucine ester (d) was studied by electrospray mass spectrometry (ESI) with flavonoid-7-diisopropyl phosphate (e) and lysozyme in the three-system mixed solution small molecules and protein macromolecules, respectively. The experimental results show that flavonoid-7-phosphorylated amino acid esters a, b, c, d have stronger weak interaction ability or affinity with lysozyme than flavonoid-<>-diisopropyl phosphate E in the mixed solution of the three systems.
