以非离子表面活性剂失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Span80)和聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单油酸酯(Tween80)为复配乳化剂,环己烷为油相,以NaHSO3和(NH4)2S2O8为氧化还原引发剂,进行了丙烯酰胺(AM)/对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)的反相微乳液聚合,研究了亲水-亲油平衡值(HLB)、油水比、乳化剂用量、温度和单体AM/SSS的比例对反相微乳液稳定性的影响.得出了反相微乳液的优化配方,并以该配方进行了反相微乳液聚合,得到了分子量为4×106的聚合物.聚合物的红外特征图谱表明,聚合物分子上有酰胺基和苯环、磺酸根存在.
Abstract:

The reversed-phase microemulsion polymerization of acrylamide (AM)/sodium p-styrene sulfonate (SSS) was carried out with the nonionic surfactants sorbitan monooleate (Span80) and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (Tween80) as compound emulsifiers, cyclohexane as the oil phase, and NaHSO3 and (NH4)2S2O8 as redox initiators, and the hydrophilic-lipophilic equilibrium value (HLB), oil-water ratio, emulsifier dosage, temperature and monomer AM/ Effect of SSS ratio on stability of reversed-phase microemulsions. The optimized formula of reversed-phase microemulsion was obtained, and the reversed-phase microemulsion polymerization was carried out with this formulation to obtain a polymer with a molecular weight of 4×106. The infrared characteristic map of the polymer showed that there were amide groups, benzene rings and sulfonate on the polymer molecules.
