摘要:
根据固液相平衡理论,结合反相液相色谱过程特征,建立了液相色谱直接法测定水中无限稀释活度系数模型.根据该模型,采用离子抑制色谱技术测得不同温度下氧氟沙星等四种喹诺酮类药物在水中的无限稀释活度系数 ,既为喹诺酮类药物的环境行为评价提供了关键基础数据,又为探讨喹诺酮类药物的生物活性机理、预测药效提供依据.
Abstract:
According to the solid-liquid phase equilibrium theory, combined with the characteristics of reversed-phase liquid chromatography process, a model for the determination of infinite dilution activity coefficient in water by liquid chromatography direct method was established. According to this model, the activity coefficient of unlimited dilution of four quinolones such as ofloxacin in water at different temperatures was measured by ion suppression chromatography, which not only provided key basic data for the evaluation of the environmental behavior of quinolones, but also provided a basis for exploring the biological activity mechanism and predicted efficacy of quinolones.
