摘要:
对不锈钢容器进行超压强化处理,以提高其屈服极限及设计许用应力,可达到减少容器壁厚、降低不锈钢耗量的目的.根据奥氏体不锈钢材料的拉伸曲线及线弹性强化材料模型,回归出一种奥氏体不锈钢塑性强化段的应力-应变本构关系式,并利用薄膜理论,推导出常温奥氏体不锈钢容器的超压强化处理压力的计算公式.实验结果与理论计算值吻合较好,为不锈钢容器提供了一种实用可行的设计方法.
Abstract:
The stainless steel container is overpressure strengthened to improve its yield limit and design allowable stress, which can achieve the purpose of reducing the wall thickness of the container and reducing the consumption of stainless steel. According to the tensile curve and linear elastic strengthening material model of austenitic stainless steel material, the stress-strain constitutive relationship of the plastic reinforcement section of austenitic stainless steel is returned, and the calculation formula of overpressure strengthening treatment pressure of room temperature austenitic stainless steel container is derived by using thin film theory. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation values, which provides a practical and feasible design method for stainless steel containers.
