提出了一种采用运动学中空间位移的方法,基于可变形NURBS(D-NURBS)自由曲线构造数控加工中刀具扫描体曲面的CAD模型,使原来的几何曲线曲面具有物理曲面的特性,这样就允许设计人员以自然的、可预测的方法运用许多基于力的工具进行交互式造型,直接设计型面.所得曲面易满足所使用的特殊的数控加工机床的运动和动力学限制,同时得到了自由曲面数控加工的刀具路径设计的新方法,该方法将运动学、计算机辅助几何设计与CAD/CAM技术结合起来,为并行几何形状设计和制造提供了基础.
Abstract:
A method of spatial displacement in kinematics is proposed to construct a CAD model of the scanned surface of the tool in CNC machining based on the deformable NURBS (D-NURBS) free curve, so that the original geometric curve surface has the characteristics of a physical surface, which allows designers to use many force-based tools to interactively shape and directly design the profile in a natural and predictable way. The resulting surface is easy to meet the motion and dynamics limitations of the special CNC machining machine used, and at the same time obtains a new method of toolpath design for freeform CNC machining, which combines kinematics, computer-aided geometric design and CAD/CAM technology to provide a basis for parallel geometry design and manufacturing.
