摘要:
通过对苹果及其皮渣进行预处理、水解、脱酯转化、脱色、浓缩、干燥等系列处理工艺,获得高纯度果胶.采用先进的固定化酶反应技术,利用α-淀粉酶的催化作用,对所得果胶进行低酯化处理;对水解产品与底物进行超滤分离,最终获得高纯度、低酯化度的D-吡喃半乳糖醛酸.该产品在烟草保润方面县有一定的实用价值.
Abstract:
High-purity pectin is obtained through a series of treatment processes such as pretreatment, hydrolysis, deesterification conversion, decolorization, concentration and drying of apples and their skin residues. Advanced immobilized enzyme reaction technology was used to use the catalytic effect of α-amylase to perform hypoesterification treatment of the obtained pectin; The hydrolyzed product was separated from the substrate by ultrafiltration to obtain D-galacturonic acid with high purity and low esterification. This product has certain practical value in tobacco conservation.
