本文系统论述了在抽样调查条件下，专门人才结构预测中的数据处理方法，提出了以专门人才需补充量结构预测为基础，采用专门人才拥有量结构对其结果进行检验和修正的结构预测方法。

This article systematically discusses the data processing method in the prediction of special talent structure under sampling survey conditions, and proposes a structural prediction method to test and modify its results based on the requirements of special talents to replenish the structure forecast.
