本文在分析了国内外染色自动控制的现状和发展趋势的基础上首次将T-121半导体温度传感器用于染色温控场合使测温精度达到了国外同类产品水平。本文研究的单片机染色过程控制系统采用模糊控制算法用一组电磁阀作执行元件实现了对染液温度的准连续调节。实验证明本控制系统工作可拿性能稳定温控误差小于±1.0℃能准确复现染色工艺温控曲线。

Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing the current status and development trend of dyeing automatic control at home and abroad, for the first time, the T-121 semiconductor temperature sensor is used for dyeing temperature control occasions, so that the temperature measurement accuracy has reached the level of similar foreign products. The single -chip dyeing process control system studied in this article adopts a fuzzy control algorithm and uses a set of solenoid valves as executing elements to achieve quasi -continuous adjustment of the temperature of the dyeing solution. Experiments have proved that this control system can be taken, the performance is stable, the temperature control error is less than ± 1.0 ° C, which can accurately reproduce the chromosomal process temperature control curve.
