摘要:
本文提出了地震灾场的概念。讨论了地震灾场的功能构成和灾场控制问题的提法。针对地震次生灾害的控制问题,建议了一个开环控制的理论模型。
Abstract:
This article proposes the concept of earthquake disaster venues. Discuss the function composition of the earthquake and disaster field and the problem of disaster control problems. In response to the control of the secondary disaster of the earthquake, a theoretical model of opening control is recommended.
