本文提出了机夹可转位式车刀的几何角度可以看成由刀片相对刀体绕座标轴旋转形成,并根据这一原理,推导出机夹可转位式车刀设计计算的通用方程组,对目前各计方法均可适用,因此对于迅速而准确地设计好机夹可转位式车刀有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:
In this paper, the geometric Angle of the turning tool can be regarded as the rotation of the blade relative to the tool body around the coordinate axis, and according to this principle, the general equations for the design and calculation of the turning tool are derived, which are applicable to all the current calculation methods, so it has certain reference value for the rapid and accurate design of the turning tool.
