摘要:
轮齿弯曲强度是根据齿根危险断面上的最大弯曲应力计算的。本文首先用有限元法确定内齿轮的弯曲应力危险断面的位置,然后讨论了插齿刀变位系数对齿根圆角半径、应力集中系数、齿形系数和综合齿形系数的影响,并作出了内齿轮的齿形系数图。
Abstract:
The tooth bending strength is calculated according to the maximum bending stress on the dangerous section of the tooth root.In this paper, the position of the dangerous section of the bending stress of the internal gear is determined by the finite element method, and then the influence of the displacement coefficient of the gear shaper on the radius of the tooth root, the stress concentration coefficient, the tooth shape coefficient and the comprehensive tooth shape coefficient is discussed.
