摘要:
建立了由2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-氧自由基( TEMPO)、NaClO与NaBr所组成的无金属催化体系,催化氧化环己醇合成环己酮.探讨了反应时间, pH值、催化剂用量以及溶剂用量等对反应的影响,得出了适宜的合成条件:环己醇用量为0.3 g,TEMPO用量为0.005 g,NaBr用量为0.03 g, NaCIO用量为0.45 g,CH, CI用量为7 mL,pH值为9.1,反应时间为1 h.在该条件下进行3次平行实验,测得环己醇平均转化率为88.2% ,环己酮平均收率可达87.3%o .
Abstract:
This paper establishes a metal-free catalytic system comprising 2,2,6,6-etramethylpiperidine-l-ox-yl(TEMPO),NaClO and NaBr,catalytic oxidation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone. This paper studies theeffects of reaction time,pH,the dosage of the catalysts and solvent and so on. The optimum reaction condi-tions are as follows: cyclohexanol 0.3 g,TEMPO 0.005 g,NaBr 0.03 g,NaCIO 0.45 g,CH Cl,7 mL,pH9.1 and the reaction time 1 h.Three parallel experiments were performed under this condition,the averageconversition of cyclohexanol was 88.2%,and the average yield of cyclohexanone could reach 87.3%.
