Nilrogen souree is an imporlant raw material lor the production of 1 ,3-propanediol fermentation, ni-trogen eoneentration in the medium direetly inlluenees the fermentation results, from the choiee of nitrogensouree and adding mode, research the use of a variety of organie nilrogen and inorganie nitrogen, the elfeet oladdition on fermentation. Through the sudy, the pure organie nitrogen sourees can nol appease the demand olPDO production, while the corn steep powder 3.0 g/l as organic nitrogen souree can be used in industrialproduetion elfeetively instead of yeast extract. With the compelement model of uniting the PH value controlmodel, the final content of 1 ,3-propylene glyeol glyeerol was inereased to 72.5 g/L.
