摘要:
具有良好软磁性能及高非晶形成能力(AFA)的Fe基非晶合金由于其广泛的应用前景,已成为国际上竞相研究的热点.设计研发了具有共晶成分的Fe80Si3,C5-xP12+x .( x =0% , 1 %和2%)合金系,研究其AFA、热稳定性和磁学性能.结果表明:Fe80Si3,C3P14非晶合金具有高的AFA,尤其是优异的软磁性能.其过冷液相区宽度△T可达 42K,饱和磁感应强度Bx高达1.35T,初始磁导率ui达到6960和矫顽力He低至2.82 A/m.
Abstract:
Fe-based amorphous alloys with excellent soft magnetic properties and high amorphous forming abil-ity have been a hot research point due to its wide application prospect. In this paper,the amorphous formationability ( AFA ),thermal stability and magnetic properties have been studied for the deliberately designed Fe80Si3,C5-xP12+x .( x =0%,1 %,2%) alloy system with eutectic composition. The results show that the amorphous alloyof Fe80Si3,C3P14,has high formation ability and soft magnetic properties. The saturation magnetic magnetization( B,) reaches 1.35 T,the initial permeability ue reaches 6 960,the coercivity H . low to 2.82A/m and the su-percooled liquid region AT reaches to 42K.
