摘要:
准确模拟城市污水处理厂氧化沟中的流态,对其优化设计以保证其稳定运行和生物处理效果至关重要.笔者以FLUENT软件为计算工具,建立一定水深下的氧化沟弯道水流平面二维数学模型,对弯道的流速分布进行模拟研究.结果表明导流墙的形状及位置对氧化沟流场流态影响较大.通过进一步的计算比较,提出了导流墙的优化形式以及最佳布设位置,改善了氧化沟流场的流速分布,防止或减少了沟中的污泥沉积,有利于降低能耗.模拟结果对实际工程的设计有一定的指导意义.
Abstract:
In order to ensure stable operation and effluent quality of oxidation ditch in municipal sewageplants,it is crucial to simulate its flow pattern.Velocity distribution in the bend channel of oxidation ditch wasinvestigated by establishing two—dimensional mathematical model of current under certain depth.The flow pat—tern in the oxidation ditch was simulated by using FLUENT software.The results showed that the flow patternin the oxidation ditch is greatly influenced by the shape and position of the training wall which set at the curvechannel.The optimal structure and suitable setting way of training wall was put forward by analyzing the calcu·lated results,which can improve the velocity distribution,reduce or avoid the sludge depositing at the bottomof the oxidation,and can reduce energy consumption.The simulation results have very important effect onguiding the engineering design.
