摘要:
高强与的粘结是二者协同工作的基础,且粘结-滑移关系模型是其粘结性能的综合反映,为了探究600MPa级钢筋与高强混凝土粘结-滑移关系,考虑混凝土、粘结锚固长度以及保护层厚度对粘结-滑移关系的影响,设计了42个试件进行中心拉拔试验研究。结果表明:600MPa级高强钢筋在高强混凝土中的拉拔破坏模式包括钢筋拔出破坏、混凝土劈裂破坏、钢筋屈服破坏三种;在不发生钢筋屈服破坏情况下,极限拉拔荷载随混凝土强度、粘结锚固长度、钢筋直径的增加而增大基于试验结果,对600MPa级钢筋与高强混凝土粘结破坏特征和粘结-滑移机理进行分析,提出了劈裂破坏情况下600MPa级钢筋与高强混凝土的粘结-滑移关系模型及模型参数的计算公式,所提模型及模型参数计算公式与试验结果吻合良好。
Abstract:
High strength steel with high strength concrete bonding is the basis of the two work together, and the bond slip relationship model is the bonding performance of comprehensive reflection, in order to explore 600 mpa grade steel with high strength concrete bonding - slip relationship, considering the strength of concrete, the bond anchorage length and protective la<x>yer thickness on the bond slip relationship, the influence of design and production of 42 specimens center drawing experiment research.The results show that the drawing failure modes of 600MPa high strength reinforcement in high strength concrete include the reinforcement pulling failure, concrete splitting failure and reinforcement yield failure.Without yielding failure of reinforcement, the ultimate drawing load increases with the increase of concrete strength, bond anchorage length and reinforcement diameter.ba<x>sed on test results of 600 mpa grade reinforced with high strength concrete bond failure characteristics and bond - sliding mechanism is analyzed, put forward the fracturing conditions of 600 mpa grade steel with high strength concrete bond slip relationship model and calculation formula of model parameter, the proposed model and model parameter calculation formula are in good agreement with those obtained in the experiment
