随着城市化进程的不断加快,我国每年都在产生体量巨大的建筑垃圾,同时也在消耗着大量的自然资源,由此带来了严重的资源短缺和环境污染问题。将建筑废弃物中体量最大的混凝土和砖进行资源化利用是解决这一问题的重要途径。基于聚丙烯纤维混合再生骨料混凝土力学性能试验和X射线断层扫描(XCT)试验,深入研究分析了纤维对再生混凝土受压、受拉性能的影响规律与机理。研究表明:聚丙烯纤维掺量对再生混凝土抗压强度的影响规律不显著,纤维掺量0.6kg/m3时,再生混凝土抗压强度略有提高,纤维掺量较高时,再生混凝土的抗压强度有所降低;聚丙烯纤维提高了再生混凝土的受拉性能,纤维掺量1.2kg/m3时,纤维对再生混凝土弯拉性能和劈拉性能的改善效果最佳;XCT分析结果表明,聚丙烯纤维对再生混凝土的力学性能具有正负两方面的效应,在使用时需要考虑纤维的合理掺量,以获得更加优异的性能。
Abstract:
With the accelerating urbanization process, China produces huge amounts of construction waste every year, and it also consumes a large amount of natural resources, which brings serious resource shortages and environmental pollution problems. Recycling concrete and bricks, which account for the largest proportion of construction waste, is an important way to solve this problem. Based on the mechanical properties test and X-ray computed tomography (XCT) test of polypropylene fiber mixed recycled aggregate concrete, the influence law and mechanism of fiber on the compression and tensile properties of recycled concrete were studied in depth. The research shows that the effect of polypropylene fiber content on the compressive strength of recycled concrete is not significant. When the fiber content is 0.6kg/m3, the compressive strength of recycled concrete is slightly improved. When the fiber content is high, the compressive strength of the recycled concrete is reduced Polypropylene fiber improves the tensile properties of recycled concrete. When the fiber content is 1.2kg/m3, the fiber has the best improvement effect on the splitting tensile performance and bending tensile properties of recycled concrete. The results of XCT analysis show that polypropylene fiber has positive and negative effects on the mechanical properties of recycled concrete. It is necessary to consider the reasonable amount of fiber in use to obtain more excellent performance.
