摘要:
以拉美公式为基础,建立渐开线齿轮与轴过盈装配后接触面压力、齿轮径向位移与不发生塑性变形时的最大过盈量的解析模型,并得到过盈配合齿形变化量的计算公式.采用有限元方法对接触应力、径向位移进行了仿真计算并得到了齿轮接触应力与径向位移的分布云图,验证了解析式的正确性,并在此基础上利用Matlab GUI 开发过盈装配应力应变计算系统.同时,基于过盈装配系统研究了摩擦系数、过盈量等过盈配合参数对径向位移和接触面应力的影响,研究结果表明:在过盈装配中,径向移动位移量随摩擦系和过盈量的增加而增大,过盈量随着摩擦系数的增大而减小;最大接触应力随着摩擦系数的增大而减小,随着过盈量的增加而增大
Abstract:
The analytical m odel of contact stress and r adial displacement and magnitude of interference was obtained by the using of theory of elastoplastic mechanics, the calculation formula of the change in tooth profile was also obtained. By using the finite element method, the correctness of the analytical method was verified. The contact stress and strain calculation system of the interference fit was developed on the ba<x>se of Matlab GUI Finite element software . At the same time, the influence of friction and magnitude of interference on r adial displacement and contact stress were studied. The results show that the radical displacement increased with the increase of the coefficient fric tion and the magnitude of interference increased with the increase of the coefficient of friction. Besides, the maximum contact stress decreased with the increase of friction coefficient and increased with the increase of the magnitude of interference
