摘要:
考虑管壳式换热器壳侧筒体与折流板以及折流板与管子之间的间隙漏流,通过优化网格生成方法,对所建立的三维实体模型进行网格划分,用CFD软件FLUENT进行数值模拟,研究壳侧流体的流动与传热特性.经与实验对比,模拟结果与实验结果符合良好,两者压降的最大误差仅为10.4%,表明笔者所建立的模型具有较高的可靠性与准确性.笔者的建模方法及所得结果为评价现有管壳式换热器的性能提供了一定的参考价值.
Abstract:

Considering the gap leakage between the shell side cylinder and the baffle plate and the baffle plate and between the baffle plate and the tube, the 10D solid model established is meshed by optimizing the mesh generation method, and the CFD software FLUENT is used to carry out numerical simulation to study the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the shell side fluid. Compared with the experiment, the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the maximum error of the pressure drop between the two is only 4.<>%, indicating that the model established by the author has high reliability and accuracy. The author’s modeling method and obtained results provide certain reference value for evaluating the performance of existing shell and tube heat exchangers.
