摘要:
对氯苯在HZSM一5分子筛催化剂上的选择性硝化进行了研究,硅铝比为58的HZSM一5分子筛可使对邻比达到5.31,用正交试验法研究了各反应参数及催化剂用量对硝化反应的影响.考察了在硝化体系中不同的添加剂对于对邻比及氯苯转化率的影响,当加入某种物质时,可使对邻比达到3.05,氯苯转化率可达39.65%。
Abstract:
The selective nitrification of chloropene benzene on the HJSM 5 -5 molecular sieve catalyst. The Hzm -5 -5 molecular sieve with a silicon aluminum ratio of 58 can enable the neighbor ratio to reach 5.31. The effect of the reaction parameters and the amount of catalyst on the nitrification was studied using the orthogonal test method. The effects of different additives in the nitrification system have on neighbor ratio and chlorobenzene conversion rate. When a certain substance is added, the neighbor ratio can reach 3.05, and the transformation rate of chloropenene can reach 39.65 %.
