本文建立了活齿为滚子、激波器为偏心圆、活齿架的导槽为平面而形成的内齿轮齿形为其共轭曲线的少齿差传动受力模型。根据阻力功和动力功相等的原理,推导出关键参数激波器转臂轴承对活齿的最大作用力.得到了各啮合副的受力分布表达式。并根据文[2]的光弹性实验结果,建立了活齿少齿差传动的强度分析模型。得到了主要传动部件固定内齿轮、活齿架和转臂轴承的强度计算公式。为工程设计提供了一个简便的计算方法,
Abstract:
