摘要:
采用低温水热法合成了氧化锌(ZnO)一维纳米棒,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)研究了其相结构与形貌,并测试了基于ZnO一维纳米棒所制作的传感器的气敏性能.研究表明,该气体传感器对体积分数为500 x 10~的乙醇的检测灵敏度为35.71,对乙醇气体的响应和恢复时间分别约为7s和9 s,并具有优良气体选择特性,最后,结合电子释放理论解释了其气敏机理.
Abstract:
One-dimensional rod-like Zn0 nanostructures were synthesized by a low-temperature hydrothermalprocess. The morphological feature and phase was detected by using x-ray diffraction and scanning electron mi-croscopy.Ine sensIuvIy or gas sensors naseg on ne Lnu nanoroas can reacn 33./ l,ana cover ana recovertime can reach up to 7 s and 9 s,respectively,for 500 × 10~6 ethanol.The selectivity of this gas sensor is alsovery well.In addition,the mechanism of gas sensing was discussed in the theory of electron liberation.
