摘要:
介绍一种以MOSFET为开关器件的高频感应加热电源.设计制作出 100 kHz/5kW的小功率高频感应加热电源样机,该电源采用脉冲密度调制(PDM)调功控制方式,谐振电路采用串联谐振方式,能够有效克服加热过程中负载参数变化带来的影响,使功率开关管始终工作在零电压开通状态.对该电源的逆变电路﹑控制电路等方面做了研究和试验.试验结果表明:采用的PDM控制模式和串联谐振电路,能够满足小功率高频感应加热电源的工作要求.
Abstract:
This paper introduces a high frequency induction heating power supply based on MOSFET. A5kW/100kHZ prototype with power MOSFET as power switch is made.The power supply adopts the PDMpower control mode. And the resonant circuit uses series resonant so that the system can effectively overcomethe influence of load parameters change during heating process and keep MOSFET always woks at zero voltageswitching state.The inverter circuit,the power supply control circuit are researched and tested. The experi-mental conclusion showed that PDM and series resonant can meet the demand of low power high frequency in-duction heating power supply well.
