摘要:
在CAD模型的基础上采用HyperMesh软件建立了某微型客车的有限元分析模型.在LS-DYNA环境下,对整车进行了正面碰撞的非线性仿真,得到了碰撞时相关参数,并对该车在碰撞过程中主要吸能部件进行了分析,最后通过实车碰撞验证了仿真结果的正确性.通过仿真和实车碰撞结果表明:利用有限元分析对于汽车正面碰撞仿真是有效的.
Abstract:
The finite element analysis model for the minibus is set up by HyperMesh software based on theCAD model.In the LS-DYNA environment,the vehicle frontal crash nonlinear simulation is done,and crashrelated parameters are obtaind. The main energy-absorbing in crash process are analyzed. Simulations are car-ried out and the results coincide well with those of real minibus crash test.The simulation and vehicle crash re-sults show that : by using the finite element analysis for vehicle frontal crash simulation is effective.
