摘要:
在温拌沥青混合料延长路面施工时效机理分析的基础上,依托天定高速沥青路面工程,实测施工过程中路面内部和表面温度,并将沥青混合料降温速率软件PAVECOOL的计算温度与实测温度进行对比,验证其适用性.根据天水与定西11月和12月中的环境温度特点,利用PAVECOOL计算出热拌及温拌不同摊铺温度下能够施工的最低环境温度.结果表明:沥青路面降温计算软件PAVECOOL可以预测沥青混合料施工中不同时刻的温度;温拌沥青混合料的最低施工温度可以降至0℃以下.
Abstract:
Based on the mechanism analysis of warm mix asphalt to extend the pavement coMPaction time, theinternal and surface temperature of pavement was ensured during the construction of asphalt pavement. Andthe asphalt pavement temperature values calculated by the software PAVECOOL were coMPared to verify theapplicability of PAVECOOL software. Based on this,according to the ambient temperature in november anddecember of Tianshui and Dingxi,the lowest ambient temperature was obtained for mix hot mix and warm mixasphalt by the PAVECOOL. The results show that the cooling calculation software PAVECOOL can be used topredict asphalt mixture temperature at different time during the construction of asphalt pavement. The Warmmix asphalt can be coMPacted when the lowest ambient temperature is below o ℃.
