研究了人造金刚石生产设备的六面顶压机关键零部件--铰链梁的结构分析和设计系统(CAD/CAE)集成.选择成熟通用的Pro/Engineer和Ansys分别作为设计系统和分析系统,通过IGES数据交换标准,经前置处理和后置处理,将二者集成为一个铰链梁的分析设计系统.对铰链梁进行特征参数化建模,建立有限元力学模型,利用Ansys分析系统得到了铰链梁的位移、应变和应力分析结果,为铰链梁的结构优化设计提供了可靠的分析数据.
Abstract:
The integration of the structural analysis and design system (CAD/CAE) of the hinged beam, the key component of the six-sided top press of synthetic diamond production equipment, was studied. The mature and universal Pro/Engineer and Ansys were selected as the design system and analysis system respectively, and the two were integrated into an analytical design system of hinged beam through pre-processing and post-processing through IGES data exchange standards. The characteristic parametric modeling of the hinged beam is carried out, the finite element mechanical model is established, and the displacement, strain and stress analysis results of the hinged beam are obtained by Ansys analysis system, which provides reliable analysis data for the structural optimization design of the hinged beam.
