摘要:
采用厌氧折流板反应器在中温(37℃)条件下处理以蔗糖为基质的邻硝基苯胺废水.采用低负荷高去除率的方法驯化污泥,COD浓度采用标准重镉酸钾法,邻硝基苯胺浓度采用萘乙二胺偶氮光度法测定.结果表明:在进水邻硝基苯胺浓度小于8 mg/L,COD浓度为1200mg/L,HRT为1 d时,反应器运行稳定,邻硝基苯胺的去除率和COD去除率分别达84%和85%.当进水邻硝基苯胺浓度提高到15 mg/L时,邻硝基苯胺和COD的去除率仅分别降低11%和4%,表明厌氧折流板反应器对冲击负荷的适应能力较强.
Abstract:
Anaerobic baffle reactor was used to treat o-nitroaniline wastewater with sucrose as matrix at medium temperature (37°C). The sludge was domesticated by the method of low load and high removal rate, the COD concentration was determined by the standard potassium dacmate method, and the concentration of o-nitroaniline was determined by naphthalene ethylenediamine azo photometry. The results showed that when the concentration of o-nitroaniline in the influent was less than 8 mg/L, the COD concentration was 1200mg/L and the HRT was 1 d, the reactor operated stably, and the removal rate of o-nitroaniline and COD removal rate reached 84% and 85%, respectively.
