摘要:
负荷控制是电网发生扰动时为维持暂态稳定而采取的传统手段.紧急负荷控制需要解决系统功率稳定、频率稳定,电压稳定、线路负荷4个问题.通过与传统的稳定控制计算控制方法进行比较,提出基于功率平衡保护的紧急负荷控制.其实施原则是:在大区电网间出现交换功率突变时,根据突变前本区域电网的功率平衡状态制定出扰动后的功率平衡要求,在大扰动发生后紧急对系统的负荷进行调整,同时给出紧急负荷控制在时间及控制点方面的选择与设定方法.
Abstract:
Load control is a traditional means adopted to maintain transient stability when the power grid is disturbed. Emergency load control needs to solve four problems: system power stability, frequency stability, voltage stability, and line load. By comparing with the traditional stability control calculation control method, an emergency load control based on power balance protection is proposed. The implementation principle is: when there is a sudden change in the exchange power between the regional power grids, the power balance requirements after the disturbance are formulated according to the power balance state of the regional power grid before the sudden change, and the load of the system is urgently adjusted after the occurrence of the large disturbance, and the selection and setting method of the emergency load control in terms of time and control points are given.
