统一潮流控制器(Unified Power Flow Controller,UPFC)是一个具有多个控制输入和输出变量的多变量控制器,因此交连与耦合就不可避免地存在于这些输入和输出变量所形成的多个控制通道之间.由控制理论可知,变量配对选择与多变量统一潮流控制系统的耦合程度密切有关.利用控制理论中的相对增益分析方法为UPFC确定了最佳变量配对关系,在此变量配对控制方案下UPFC各控制通道之间的耦合非常薄弱,从而不需要采取解耦措施,使得控制器设计简化.在新英格兰系统上的仿真结果表明:在最佳变量配对控制方案下,

The Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) is a multivariable controller with multiple control input and output variables, so cross-connection and coupling inevitably exist between multiple control channels formed by these input and output variables. It can be seen from the control theory that the variable pairing selection is closely related to the coupling degree of the multivariable unified power flow control system. The relative gain analysis method in control theory is used to determine the optimal variable pairing relationship for UPFC, and the coupling between UPFC control channels is very weak under this variable pairing control scheme, so that decoupling measures are not required, which simplifies the controller design.
