生物反应器是整个生物反应过程的关键设备. 针对厌氧反应过程的特点,提出了既有内循环系统,又有外循环系统的厌氧反应器新思路. 介绍了该反应器的结构、流动实验和传热实验. 实验结果表明,流动稳定后,外循环流量在400~1 450 L*h-1范围内时,反应器的内循环液速随外循环流量增大呈指数增长,当采用夹套换热,外循环流量在0~1 300 L*h-1范围内,冷却水流量在250~750 L*h-1范围内时,传热系数随外循环流量或冷却水流量的增加而线性增大.

The bioreactor is the key equipment for the entire biological reaction process. According to the characteristics of the anaerobic reaction process, a new idea of anaerobic reactor with both internal and external circulation systems is proposed. The structure, flow experiment and heat transfer experiment of the reactor were introduced. The experimental results show that after the flow is stable, when the external circulation flow is in the range of 400~1 450 L*h-1, the internal circulating liquid velocity of the reactor increases exponentially with the increase of the external circulation flow, and when jacketed heat exchange, the external circulation flow is in the range of 0~1 300 L*h-1 and the cooling water flow is in the range of 250~750 L*h-1, the heat transfer coefficient increases linearly with the increase of external circulation flow or cooling water flow.
