摘要:
在系统分析基于网络的远程监控、组态王软件特点和空压机的工作过程的基础上 ,提出了一种用工业控制机结合以太网络技术实现空气压缩机远程监控的低成本解决方案. 介绍在工业环境中,利用工业组态软件--组态王软件,采用基于以太网络的PC数据采集方式和参数法实现对空气压缩机的故障进行诊断,设计了一种基于以太网络的空压机站的远程在线实时监控系统,通过以太网对空压机的运行状态、运行过程进行远程自动监控和故障诊断处理,实现了无人值守、远程监控和管理控制一体化.
Abstract:
Based on the system analysis of network-based remote monitoring, configuration king software characteristics and the working process of air compressor, a low-cost solution for remote monitoring of air compressor using industrial control machine combined with Ethernet network technology is proposed. Introduction in the industrial environment, using industrial configuration software - Configuration King software, using Ethernet network based PC data acquisition method and parameter method to realize the fault diagnosis of air compressor, a remote online real-time monitoring system based on Ethernet network air compressor station is designed, remote automatic monitoring and fault diagnosis of the operating status and operation process of the air compressor through Ethernet, realizing the integration of unattended, remote monitoring and management control.
