摘要:
旋臂式冲蚀磨损试验机是目前使用比较普遍的一种固体粒子冲蚀磨损试验机.对这种试验机进行了结构设计与改进,采用槽轮给料装置,以提高给料稳定性,采用脉宽调制调速、光电测速、PID自动调节系统控制速度,使冲击速度和给料速度的精度大大提高.初步试验表明,该试验机数据稳定,性能可靠,适合于冲蚀磨损机理研究和材料耐磨性测试.
Abstract:
Spiral arm erosion wear testing machine is a kind of solid particle erosion wear testing machine that is currently widely used. The structure design and improvement of this testing machine are carried out, and the grooved wheel feeding device is adopted to improve the feeding stability, and the pulse width modulation speed regulation, photoelectric speed measurement, PID automatic adjustment system control speed is adopted, so that the accuracy of impact speed and feeding speed is greatly improved. Preliminary tests show that the testing machine has stable data and reliable performance, which is suitable for erosion wear mechanism research and material wear resistance test.
