摘要:
硝基苯气相加氢反应受内扩散速率控制,故为了有效减小内扩散的影响,有必要对反应所用Cu/SiO2催化剂的载体硅胶进行扩孔处理.通过在硅胶中加入扩孔剂碳酸钠溶液和氨水溶液对其进行扩孔处理,研究了扩孔的一些规律,并对由扩孔后硅胶制备的Cu/SiO2催化剂进行了铜含量、孔容、密度和活性比表面的测定,由此确定制备Cu/SiO2催化剂时扩孔处理的最佳条件为:使用质量分数为0.67%的碳酸钠溶液作扩孔剂,在50℃下进行扩孔,并在500℃下焙烧数小时即可.
Abstract:
The nitrobenzene gas-phase hydrogenation reaction is controlled by the internal diffusion rate, so in order to effectively reduce the influence of internal diffusion, it is necessary to reaming the silica gel of the Cu/SiO2 catalyst used in the reaction. By adding sodium carbonate solution and ammonia aqueous solution to silica gel to reamb the pores, some rules of reaming were studied, and the Cu/SiO2 catalyst prepared by reaming silica gel was determined by copper content, pore volume, density and activity specific surface, so as to determine the optimal conditions for reaming treatment when preparing Cu/SiO2 catalyst: use sodium carbonate solution with a mass fraction of 0.67% as a pore reamer, reaming at 50 °C, and roasting at 500 °C for several hours.
