摘要:
在洗涤企业的三氧化硫磺化过程中,采用计算机控制的生产成本略高于仪表过程控制,但计算机控制的功能却远远超过仪表过程控制.采用计算机控制能充分利用国际先进技术和科学管理手段,简化人工操作的复杂性,减少人工操作熟练程度对产品质量的影响,充分发挥设备潜力,提高企业效益和与同行业的竞争力.
Abstract:
In the sulfur trioxide process of washing enterprises, the production cost of computer control is slightly higher than that of instrument process control, but the function of computer control far exceeds that of instrument process control. The use of computer control can make full use of international advanced technology and scientific management methods, simplify the complexity of manual operation, reduce the impact of manual operation proficiency on product quality, give full play to the potential of equipment, improve enterprise efficiency and competitiveness with the same industry.
