摘要:
目前国内空调机组在实际使用中噪音过高,且风机振动,易烧坏电机.针对这些常见问题,研究分析了产生的原因和影响因素,从空调系统的计算、风机的选用以及空调机组的结构等几方面提出了具体的改进措施和方法.并指出为实现空调机组性能的优化,需要设计人员、设备制造厂家充分合作,才能不断改进空调机组的结构,使之更加合理和完善.
Abstract:
At present, the noise of domestic air conditioning units in actual use is too high, and the fan vibrates, which is easy to burn out the motor. In view of these common problems, the causes and influencing factors are analyzed by research, and specific improvement measures and methods are proposed from several aspects such as the calculation of air conditioning system, the selection of fan and the structure of air conditioning unit. It is also pointed out that in order to optimize the performance of air conditioning units, designers and equipment manufacturers need full cooperation to continuously improve the structure of air conditioning units and make them more reasonable and perfect.
