本文用分析电子显微镜(AEM)对快速凝固Al-8Fe-4Ce-3Ti(重量百分比)条带中—未知相进行了会聚京电子衍射(CBED),X—射线能谱(EDS)及高分辨分析。结果表明:它属于菱方晶系,空间群为R3m,点阵常数a=1.81A(10~(-10)m),C=22.9A.[001]位向下的高分辨像显示了同会聚束一致的对称性。
Abstract:
This article uses an analysis of the electronic microscope (AEM) to the fast solidification Al-8FE-4CE-3Ti (weight percentage) band-the unknown phase will gather the Beijing electronic diffraction (CBED), the X-ray energy spectrum (EDS), and the high-resolution analysis. The results show that it belongs to the diamond-square crystal system, the space group is R3M, and the dot matrix constant A = 1.81a (10 ~ (-10) m), c = 22.9a.
