摘要:
本文利用优化理论,提出了建立较宽切削用量范围内耐用度方程的新方法.利用这种方法,根据有限组实验数据所建立的方程减少了预测值和实验值之间的误差,从而提高了方程的预测精度.这种方法也适合于建立较小切削用量范围的耐用度方程.同时,本文还提出了在较宽切削用量范围内,确定切削用量各因素对耐用度影响程度的计算公式。
Abstract:
This article uses the optimization theory to propose a new method of establishing durable equations within the range of wide cutting dosage. Using this method, the equation established by the limited group experimental data reduces the error between the prediction and the experimental value, thereby improving the predictive accuracy of the equation. This method is also suitable for the durability equation of the small cutting amount range. In the range of cutting dosage, determine the calculation formula of the impact of each factors of the cutting dosage on durability.
