本文从空间受力出发,研究了顶梁、掩护梁、前连杆及后连杆在图1所示荷载情况下的受力和变形,解决了掩护梁的外力矩计算及扭矩的分布问题。最后,以JY_(320)掩护式液压支架掩护梁为例,做了数值计算,其结果与实验值对比符合较好。

Starting from the force of space, this article studies the stress and deformation of the pioneer, cover beam, front connecting rod, and rear links in Figure 1, solving the problem of torque calculation and torque distribution of the cover beam. Finally, take the cover beam of Jy_ (320) cover hydraulic bracket cover as an example. The numerical calculation is made. The results of the results and experimental values are better.
