<正> 一、试件制作与测试装置 1、试件制作本批组合梁试件由河南省第五建筑工程公司予制构件厂制作,在郑州工学院土建系结构试验室进行试验。钢梁采用22Ia工字型钢,板为现浇混凝土坂,厚度10.5厘米。连接件用8号槽钢,长7厘米。组合梁跨度为5米。组合梁制作时,采用较为平直的钢梁,埋设在予制的地模中,用电弧焊接的方式将槽钢(连结件)下翼尖和趾沿槽钢长度方向用42#焊条贴角焊在钢梁上翼面,焊缝高度一般为6毫
Abstract:
1, specimen production This batch of composite beam specimens by Henan fifth construction Engineering Company for the production of components factory, in the Zhengzhou Institute of Technology Department of civil engineering structure laboratory test.The steel beam is made of 22Ia I-section steel and the slab is cast in situ concrete with a thickness of 10.5 cm.Connecting parts are made of No. 8 channel steel, 7 cm long.The span of the composite beam is 5 meters.When the composite beam is made, a relatively straight steel beam is used, buried in the ground mold, and the lower wing tip and toe of the channel steel (connector) are fillet welded to the upper wing surface of the steel beam with 42# welding rod along the length direction of the channel steel. The weld height is generally 6 millimetres
