为探究各变量对带中间换热器的跨临界CO2热泵系统制热性能的影响,建立了系统仿真模型,确定了影响最优排气压力的主要因素,并拟合了相应的关联式,同时进行了实验验证。结果表明:蒸发温度、气冷器出口温度、排气压力对系统制热性能的改变影响较大,干度、过热度对系统性能的影响不大,并以此为基础拟合了最优排气压力的相关关联式。经过与实验数据和前人所得的结论对比发现,拟合值与实验值的偏差小于3%,具有更高的精度。
Abstract:
In order to explore the influence of variables on the heating performance of cross-critical CO2 heat pump system with intermediate heat exchanger, the system simulation model was established, the main factors affecting the optimal exhaust pressure were determined, the corresponding correlation equations were fitted, and the experimental verification was carried out. The results show that evaporation temperature, outlet temperature of air cooler and exhaust pressure have great influence on system heating performance, while dryness and superheat have little influence on system performance. On this basis, the correlation formula of optimal exhaust pressure is fitted.By comparing with the experimental data and previous conclusions, it is found that the deviation between the fitting value and the experimental value is less than 3%, which has higher accuracy.
