大跨钢箱梁在顶推施工过程中受力复杂,导梁临时结构受力性能对大跨钢箱梁顶推施工过程安全性影响较大。本文以某大跨钢箱梁顶推施工为工程实例,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立其有限元计算模型,分析导梁在顶推过程中出现的导梁局部失稳现象和屈曲变形特征,探讨4种不同加固方案的导梁稳定性,确定了符合工程实际且便于施工的导梁加固方案。实施效果表明,加固后的导梁在后续顶推施工过程中未发生失稳现象,处于安全状态,确保了大跨钢箱梁顶推施工。本文研究成果可为同类工程施工提供参考。
Abstract:
The stress of long-span steel box girder is complex in the process of jacking construction, and the stress performance of temporary guide beam has a great influence on the safety of long-span steel box girder during jacking construction. ba<x>sed on a large span steel box girder jacking construction engineering example, the finite element calculation model is established by finite element software ABAQUS, analysis guide beam in the process of pushing the guide beam local buckling phenomenon and buckling characteristics, discusses four different guide beam stability of the reinforced scheme, identified in accordance with the engineering practice and facilitate the construction of the guide beam reinforcement scheme. The implementation results show that the reinforced guide beam is in a safe state without instability during the subsequent jacking construction, which ensures the jacking construction of long-span steel box girder. The research results of this paper can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
