基于Monte Carlo方法,本文借助MATLAB软件生成了再生保温混凝土(RATIC)二维多边形随机骨料模型,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对热-力耦合途径下的再生保温混凝土进行细观尺度损伤模拟。由于RATIC的表征非均质特性,充分考虑了砂浆、再生粗骨料、界面过渡区和玻化微珠在不同温度下的热膨胀系数、热传导率和比热容等热工参数以及泊松比、抗压强度和弹性模量等力学参数,给界面过渡区和砂浆基体添加了相应于不同温度的RATIC塑性损伤参数,对比分析了RATIC相应于不同受火温度的破坏荷载和加载时间下的损伤分布情况,以进一步揭示高温下RATIC的单轴受压破坏过程和力学性能。
Abstract:
In this paper, ba<x>sed on the Monte Carlo method, using MATLAB to generate a 2-D polygonal random aggregate model of recycled aggregate thermal insulation concrete (RATIC), and the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the meso-scale damage of RATIC ba<x>sed on coupled thermo-mechanical modeling. Because of meso-scale heterogeneity of RATIC, give full consideration to thermal parameters, such as conductivity, specific heat and thermal expansion coefficient and mechanical parameters, such as compressive strength, elastic model and poissons ratio of the recycled coarse aggregate, mortar and interface transition zone and glazed hollow bead (GHB) in different temperature. Added RATIC damaged plasticity parameters corresponding load time and failure load corresponding to different temperature has been done to further reveal the mechanical properties and failure process under uniaxial compressive in high temperature.
