本文通过恒温恒湿条件下再生保温混凝土的徐变试验,研究了再生粗骨料取代率对再生保温混凝土的弹性模量、徐变值以及徐变系数的影响,并提出了一种基于ACI-FIP(1990)模型的新修正模型,该模型可用于预测不同再生粗骨料取代率下再生保温混凝土的徐变系数。试验表明:随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,再生保温混凝土的弹性模量降低,徐变值和徐变系数显著增加;修正后的徐变模型预测结果与试验结果的对比分析表明,新修正模型可以较好地预测不同再生粗骨料取代率下混凝土的徐变系数变化情况。
Abstract:
The research mainly studies the influence of recycled coarse aggregates replacement ratios on the elastic modulus, creep value and creep coefficient of recycled thermal insulation concrete under constant temperature and humidity conditions. On the basis of the creep test, a new modified model ba<x>sed on the ACI-FIP (1990) model is proposed to predict the creep coefficient of recycled insulation concrete under different recycled coarse aggregate replacement rates. Experiments show that as the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregates increases, The elastic modulus of recycled concrete decreases, and the creep value and creep coefficient increase significantly. The comparative analysis between the prediction results of the modified creep model and the test results shows that the new modified model can better predict the change of concrete creep coefficient with different recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratios.
