摘要:
针对在电-气综合能源系统中新能源的高渗透率和耦合性能低的情况,文中提出了一种建立考虑价格约束系数的需求侧负荷响应的电-气综合能源系统鲁棒优化模型的方法来提高新能源的消纳和电、气能量之间灵活转换。通过多面体线性化技巧和McCormick法将原始模型转化为线性模型,利用场景筛选规则加入新能源的不确定性,算例采用修改的IEEE33节点电力网和比利时20节点天然气网络互联系统,分析比较该模型的利润、电转气能力和弃电率,以及系统的鲁棒性等,验证了模型在消纳新能源和加强电-气综合能源系统上具有很大优势,并能更好应对新能源的波动性。
Abstract:
In view of the high permeability and low coupling performance of new energy in the electric-gas integrated energy system, a method for establishing a robust optimization model of the electric-gas integrated energy system considering the demand-side load response of the price constraint coefficient is proposed. To improve the consumption of new energy and flexible conversion between electricity and gas energy. The original model was transformed into a linear model by the second-order cone method and McCormick method, and the uncertainty of new energy was added by using the scene selection rule. Profit, electricity-to-gas capacity and power abandonment rate, and the robustness of the system verify that the model has great advantages in absorbing new energy and strengthening the electric-gas integrated energy system, and can better deal with the fluctuation of new energy
