本研究采用富燃-引射-MILD燃烧方案,设计了一种适合小型化应用的生物质气MILD燃烧器。燃烧器设计热功率为100kW,五种工况下,出口烟气NOx含量为0.14~1.12mg/Nm3,可满足我国现行NOx排放标准。随一次生物质气比例增加,引射器出口氧气浓度降低、温度升高。当一次生物质气比例为0.3~0.4时,需采取二次稀释实现MILD燃烧;而大于0.4时则无需进行二次稀释。二元回归得到的实验关联式可较好地解释一次生物质气比例、富燃室传热比例对NOx生成的影响。五种工况下,MILD燃烧室的温差均小于200℃,而传统扩散燃烧的温差大于500℃。将本MILD燃烧器用于直燃热泵发生器或烟管锅炉等小型化场合,对扩大可再生能源利用规模,积极响应国家提倡的分布式能源系统建设等具有重要意义。
Abstract:
In this work, a novel MILD burner firing biogas was proposed based on the scheme of Rich combustion-Injection-MILD (Moderate & Intense Low oxygen Dilution) combustion, which is suitable for small scale applications. An experiment was conducted on the MILD burner with thermal input of 100kW. Under five experimental conditions, NOx content in the flue gas is in the range of 0.14 and 1.12 mg / Nm3, which can meet the current NOx emission standards in China perfectly. At outlet of the ejector, oxygen concentration decreases and its preheating temperature increases with the increase of the primary biogas ratio. When the ratio of primary biogas is in the range of 0.3 and 0.4, a measure of secondary dilution is indispensable for taking to achieve MILD combustion. When the ratio of primary biogas is greater than 0.4, MILD combustion can be realized for the burner without secondary dilution. An experimental expression was obtained through binary regression, which can explain the influence of the ratio of primary biogas and the ratio of heat transfer of the rich combustion chamber on NOx emissions to a great degree. Under five experimental conditions, the temperature difference in the MILD combustion chamber is less than 200℃ but it is greater than 500℃ for the traditional combustion. In general, the MILD burner firing biogas can be used in the occasions of small-scale, such as the generator of direct combustion absorption heat pump and the shell type boiler firing gas fuel, ans is significant to expand the utilization of renewable energy and to construct the distributed energy resources system advocated by China
