在嵌入式连接件的基础上,提出一种带翼缘板嵌入式连接件,依据实际工程,进行8 个试件的推出试验,分析其在不同阶段的荷载⁃滑移曲线关系,研究抗剪承载力的影响因素及破坏模式。 结果表明:在钢翼缘板宽厚比满足一定条件时,混凝土板厚处裂缝为直线,板宽处裂缝为波纹线;当钢翼缘板宽厚比未满足条件时,翼缘板发生失稳现象,混凝土裂缝未充分发展,加载因翼缘板失稳无法继续,试验提前结束。翼缘板未失稳试件抗剪承载力约为现有嵌入式连接件承载力理论计算值的15倍,证明较嵌入式连接件,翼缘板明显提高了该新型连接件的抗剪承载力。
Abstract:
A embedded connector with flange plate was proposed. According to the actual project, eight specimens were fabricated and tested and their relationships of load-slip curve in different stages were analyzed. The in fluence factors of the shear bearing capacity and failure modes of the connector were studied. The results showed that when the width-to-thickness ratio of the steel flange plate satisfied certain conditions, the shape of the crack in the thickness direction of the slab was a straight line and the shape of the crack in width of the concrete slab was corrugated. Otherwise, the buckling of the flange plate was occurred and concrete cracks were not fully developed. The loading could not be implemented due to the buckling of flange plate and the tests were finished prematurely. The shear capacity of the specimens that the flange didn’t buckle in advance ;was about 1. 5 times of the theoretical value of the current theory on embedded connector, which proved that the flange plate significantly improved the shear capacity of the innovative connector.
