摘要:
针对传统铁路信号设备风险分析时存在的少数据,贫信息及精度不高等缺陷,本文在故障模式影响风险分析(FMECA)的基础上,引入模糊数理论,综合应用灰关联度法,变权综合法提出了基于模糊灰理论的风险评估方法。该方法将模糊理论与灰理论结合起来使用,有效降低了对设备大量故障数据的依赖;与传统风险优先级指数(RPN)相比,通过引入变权原理能够将具有相同RPN值的风险识别出来。以ZPW-2000A轨道电路为例,分析了其重要设备各故障模式及对应的风险等级,并进行了灰排序。结果表明:基于模糊灰理论的风险评估方法得出的风险优先级指数(RPN)等级比传统方法得到的(RPN)更精细,这种方法很好的识别出了本文的两大信号故障升级模式,而传统方法只识别出了一种。因此,本文提出的方法对风险识别是有效的。
Abstract:
Considering the few data,poor information and its accuracy is not high of railway signal equipment.In this paper, based on the failure mode effects and criticality analysis(FMECA),introduction of fuzzy number theory, integrated application of grey correlation degree method、variable weight synthesis and division the risk hierarchy of Severity、Occurrence and Detection of signal system.Based on this, proposed the risk assessment method based on fuzzy grey theory.For ZPW-2000A track circuit as an examples,study the important equipment of each failure mode of the level of risk, and sort the grey RPN. The results showed that the risk assessment method based on fuzzy grey theory (RPN) level finer than traditional (RPN) method, this method is very good identified the two signal failure of upgrade mode in this paper, and the traditional method only identify one mode.so,The proposed approach is effective for risk identification.
